1. After-sales policy

All non-clothing items support 7-day no-reason returns and exchanges. If you encounter product quality problems, please bring your shopping voucher to a Youai offline store for processing within 7 days (inclusive) or return or exchange by mail (postage is at your own expense). Please note that it is important to ensure that the product is in good condition and can be resold.

2. Mailing Policy

Mainland China: 10 yuan for regular delivery, 20 yuan for SF express express delivery.

Hong Kong and Macao: 30 yuan for SF Express delivery.

International areas: International delivery is 50 yuan.
